REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase. Item must be shipped back to our office for inspection, and a full refund will be administered following inspection by our quality assurance department if the item 1) in sellable condition, I.E., unworn and undamaged, and 2) no component of the item has been altered, I.E., stones are the same, chain hasn't been adjusted, etc. Orders may be cancelled and full refunds will be issued, so long as the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the original purchase.
SHIPPING:
All items will be shipped within 24 hours of payment (with the exception of purchases made after 5 PM EST on Saturdays). We pack our pieces extremely carefully, ensuring the item arrives to you safely and as-described. All items ship via the United States Postal service, with timelines and prices laid out during checkout. Insurance is included in shipping costs, and should an item be lost in-transit, MZ JAW will issue a complete refund to the buyer and handle the claim internally.

All of our gemstones are tested and verified by a Graduate Gemologist certified by the Gemological Institute of America, and any precious metals are tested and verified using a Sigma Precious Metals Verifier. We stand behind our product, and should there be any issues with an MZ JAW piece, our team will get it resolved.
