Shipping Policy
All items ship within 24 hours of payment via USPS; First-Class (5-7 business days), Priority (3-5 business days), and Expedited (1-3 business days) shipping are offered at checkout.

Insurance is included free of charge on all purchases, and all items are packed and wrapped thoroughly for safe transit. Should an item be lost in-transit, a full refund will be issued to the purchaser within 3 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase. Item must be shipped back to our office for inspection, and a full refund will be administered following inspection by our quality assurance department if the item 1) in sellable condition, I.E., unworn and undamaged, and 2) no component of the item has been altered, I.E., stones are the same, chain hasn't been adjusted, etc. Orders may be cancelled and full refunds will be issued, so long as the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the original purchase.
Everything sold by MZ Jewelry and Watches is guaranteed to be genuine and precisely how we've described it on this website. All of our gemstones are tested and verified by a Graduate Gemologist certified by the Gemological Institute of America, and any precious metals are tested and verified using a Kee Gold Tester. We stand behind our product, and should there be any issues with an MZ JAW piece, our team will get it resolved.
